It was expecting too much for an inexperienced assistant coach to rebuild the culture of the club and put the systems in place. We need someone proven in the task at hand. Gentle wasn't up to it either in my opinion.

I think you could do better than radford,but agree with your 2nd point if your hoping for mcnamara he' as bad as radford. |
