In truth it's probably a bit of both but I refuse to lay all the blame for a lack of structure, dummy runners, backing up, at the feet of a 21 year old in his first full season at the club.

ive not placed all the blame on him, far from it, as westy takes a lot of the burden of the hb's in his work load. I said I want him to become a great hb for us, but wont do so until he gets his mouth opened and starts organising things.

all taken on teams with proven creative players, we either sign one, or nurture one, but they need someone to learn from.
