Someone to change the same old same old that we've had for years , someone to attract the right players , to choose the right players , to communicate a game plan to the players , to inspire the players and get them to be professional enough not to let the cold weather be some sort of excuse as to why they can't get up for a game!!!!!!!!

We brought in Ellis who every SL club was after, a FB who has started well for us, we tried for two top class halves which both fell through. Would love to know who this man you're talking about actually is/exists.

I suggest he picks himself each week, then runs out on to the pitch with the team and reminds them what they've been practising all week. Short of doing that, he's pretty much in their hands once the game starts.

That's a better answer than Gentle's "I don't know". Accepting a point because it's cold etc , saying we trained well and it'll be alright is starting to make me worry. Taking 60 minutes to warm up shouldn't be acceptable to any coach.
