I can't see us putting 30 past Rovers in all honesty.

How are we doing compared to the corresponding fixtures last year?
Off the top of my head I get it as we're 2 points down (a point against Wire at home last year, and 2 points against Saints away last year).
That's not too bad. I was expecting a better year, but if we are not a million miles off last year, and other than Giants I won't be surprised if a few of the top 8 from last year are down on points from corresponding fixtures. Everyone is betting everyone this year.

What is everyone on? The arrogance is almost laughable that most people are thinking we can win 4-6 of the next six games when weve only won two from seven so far and look completely inept in attack and in three of the games have simply folded under a bit of pressure. Were relying on one man in Holdsworth who really doesnt seem right at present and if hes out weve had it and even if hes in we still look very basic in the things we do going forward.

I cannot see how we're any different from under Agar tbh and a 7-8th place beckons with no chance in the play offs or the challenge cup. I see no improvement in anything we do from week to week and fully expect us to get hammered by a so called lesser team in the coming weeks. But of course the usual suspects will keep supporting the club/coach just like they did under Sharpe/Agar and we'll keep meandoring on like we have done for years gone by.

if i didnt think we could win matches then i wouldnt re-new my pass every yr but i do think we can and cant see why we cant...we can play but are just not putting it together and if you dont think there is a improvement then you must be watching...oh hang on...befre you start bitching id go to games but your a fickle fan so your comments have no bearing.

Sounds like 2 poor teams for the derby, we are ok in defence and pretty strong in the forwards but can't score. Rovers can score for fun at times but can't defend and often get steamrollered in the forwards. Could be the poorest SL derby yet.

I'd expect us to score a few against Rovers' defence like we did against Castleford's. I just hope that we have some confidence behind us going into that game - London game is an important one.

Coach wise i honestly believe Noble could do a job here. Knows the league, has a good rep in SL from Bradford/Wigan/Crusaders compared to Gentles rep in SL of....................

Actually come to think of it hows Gentles half back school coming on? Horne still as everage with his new average partner Holdsworth, Seymour broken, Nicklas slating his own players, anyone else coming through?

London are beating Cas at the moment, so might be a tougher task than we expected, especially considering how dire our away form is.

But Castleford are terrible - I read that on here after we hammered them


Seriously there are no easy games now but that said if we defend like we can we should be able to beat London.
