We were Shit !!! Defence kept us in it first half ,Leeds cut loose we had no answer.Not an absolute disaster as some would have us believe,however afterall the friggin hype the same GLARING FAULT was there for all to see . OUR HALFBACKS WAS CRAP.Things can only get better,or so ive been told.

But looking at the next 3 games tonight's performance doesn't exactly give you any confidence that we can pick up any points. |

You talk of splashing the cash as alot of reporters have claimed but look at the players you have thrown silly money at, McDonnell and Galea. Not a wise move at all.
Oh and by the way Galea was an absolute joy to watch at Rovers. |

Im gonna reseve judgement but have to say im very dissapointed at the collapse in the final quarter.
What i will say is that performance (on top of the rovers friendly result) isnt gonna get the armchair supporters out of their armchairs and to actual games. I think the club should now shut up about aspirations and stop the players talking too as all weve heard is top four this, watch us now, we'll be a different side and then low and behold.

Why are hull fans so convinced what pearson/gentle say is gospel? Like it or not other than ellis (whose injury I hope is not as bad as it seems) the signings promised did not arrive,holdsworth is solid,but the main need was a replacement for seymour and pearson and gentle admitted it yet they brought in several other signings 3 from rovers who according to this forum are rubbish,if they needed a signing from rovers it was dobbo,nobody else.But what to I know Iam a rovers fan,you were so smug after you lost the derby friendly,in gentle we believe etc,how couldn't you see the signs,you like us will be battling for places 5-9,sort of division 2 of superleague,yet pearson tells you top 2,top 4 etc and you believe.Get real.!
