I would like to place on record my thanks to Rich Agar for the sterling work he has done these last few years.

I know it had to come to an end one day and it seems the day is almost here.

Why would Pearson want to give Agar a DOR role though, unless he already knew FUBAR would never accept?

great news..if adam pearson wants this club to be at the top of the tree,he'll have to go and get a coach capable of getting us there..and why in the hell are we offering Agar a DOR job!?

I don't buy that, he has the RL nous and man managing skills, all the training manuals and techniques are there for him to use, they're hardly top secret and I believe he would be great for us, he has pulling power for top players and has great respect and credibility within the game....................Ray French....now there's a dinosaur

Might reduce or even eliminate any compo. If Agar has effectively resigned then we owe him nowt for the remainder of his contract.

Not very good PR though is it offering the DOR job to your failed coach.
