I would retain Long for 2012 and have him play 6, Get Ellis playing 7 straight away and let Long show him the ropes. When Longs out injured at least the lad would have played 7 and could keep in that position and hold his own. From what I have seen of Ellis on TV he can cut the mustard in SL and has nothing to fear. I couldn't think of a better mentor than Sean Long so I feel it important that we keep him for 2012. I would also like Longy on the coaching staff but thats another thread for later.

Under Millward he has re-focused himself and if doing very well hence the SL interest.
