He also gave 3 forward passes against FC when the Cats players called for them. He was woeful for both teams and always has been. SL needs to ditch ideas like millenium or murrayfield magic and invest the money in quality officials instead. |

Goes on near us too. There are some who are only happy when they're complaining, either at the ref, the opposition or us 
Don't think it's restricted to just us hull fans as a mate of mine at work, he goes to City and there are people who do exactly the same there.
Supposed to be 'supporters'? Think they must have a different definition of the word to me. |

It shouldnt be an either/or situation though Dave should it. Referees can have as big an influence on matches as the stars that play our game and as such the RFL should invest as much money as it takes to ensure that the right people are brought through the referees system and are exposed to the very best training etc. Does that currently happen? I'm not sure, although it is good to see that a referee course has been promoted through these forums that takes place in Hull next week. Perhaps time for some of us to put up or shut up.. |

Notwithstanding the silly cooemnts about french ref / french team, Allibert should certainly be prevented for referring anything on account of his complete lack of ability !
You do have to question what sort of standards the RFL are willing to accept when that numpty prances onto the pitch with all the charisma of a wet lettuce, the discipline of the worst ever teacher you had at school and the decision making of Mavis Riley.

When we went over to Cas, all I heard near me was Longy you're s**t this Longy you're s**t that. Two minutes later, the same fellow was shouting Longy you're brilliant and singing along to the Longy wonderland chant. This annoys me. The team needs our support not critisism. |

he was behind me a right clown was blaming the linesman for us passing forward as well
i thought terry had a good game for about an hour

What kind of a referee gives a decision then changes his mind and gives the opposite. 
And of course there was the classic moment at our game away to Quins where he felt unable to make a decision on a potential try and so opted for the help of the video ref. Nothing wrong with that usually, except it was a fookin non-televised game!!
