It has been known for a long time though that Summat was going to become available, would have rather gone for a player like him rather then Long or Fitz in my opinion, due to the quality of halbacks in the NRL there are often a lot of good players who are not playing regular first grade and with the pressure of the salary cap over there will often be granted a release to SL even if contracted, these are the players we should be targetting rather then going for big name marquee players past there best as a short term option. |

Paul dont you get sick as a modorator of thread after thread about players who we "should Have" signed or that we missed out on because Agar is crap..

Matthew Elliot advised Noble of Sammuts availabilty, it wasnt Noble that found him! Makes you wonder if we have any contacts that would help us out like that in the NRL.
