Whatever 'talent' Haggerty possesses is outweighed by his lack of professionalism.

I agree, depending on who stays/goes Aizue wouldn't be a bad signing. If he replaced Thacks I think it'd be a good move. I'd suggest Aizue wouldn't be on that much wage and no one can question his professionalism/commitment, he won't stop trying. Thacks is a decent player for some guys and rubbish for others, he had the problems with Agar at the beginning of the season (leading to him being dropped) and I think if Aizue came in for Thacks (depending on who else came in up front) it'd be a good move - another bad apple gone.
