lee isn't a 1/2 back. Doing a decent job at hooker but think he'll end up in the back row. Defence and workrate are excellent

He's doing better at hooker than he did at scrum-half last year, for me anyway. However, I think that his displays at Half-back are better than Thorman's more recent performances, so he'd be okay there.
Honestly, I'd rather have our academy half-backs playing instead of Thorman. They couldn't do much worse, and it'd give them valuable experience.
Unless the unbelievable happened, and Thorman found some confidence and some skill and actually puts in a performance.

| I would have thought that it would be better for thorman not to play this week - I dread to think what reception he will get.
I would give him a week or two in the reserves and if agar wants to bring him back do so at an away match

| Quote PAUL M="PAUL M"How about Hall to centre, Whiting to 13, Horne and Berro at 6/7 and Lee/Houghton share the hooking role. I'd love to see that but Hall is being frozen out '"
dragging on a bit now tbh, even he his getting confused, and to think he was put in the 21s to get his confidence back, how long ago was that now, what about others in the team that need some confidence,im finding it very strange to say the least.

agar obviously has some personal issues with hall, no other explaination why he's being treated differently to others

I think Agar will get rid at the end of the season, god knows why. Just play the kid at blody centre, its not rocket science!

In fact id have brough hall back in and played him at 6 this week'"
I can see him playing 6 later in his career. He has a great attacking rugby brain, makes good breaks, has pace etc... although I think his passing is a bit Offiah-esque at times so he would need to work on that.

Yet you think he'll make a six???
Here's something radical.....how about playing in his natural position, ya know, that one got him this far in his career?? Left centre.

He played there before and did well. He reminds me of Pryce in some ways - I do think his passing can be a bit lazy though at times.

| Hull FC have taken extra measures to compensate for the selection of Chris Thorman...
Second half may be an issue...

Thorman is the only half back we have who is proven at SL level, he's very poor for us but there is not exactly many others to fill in. Hall/Thackray/Moa have all being dropped due to form/lack of confidence so it shows Agar will drop people.
I don't think anyone will disagree with the fact that Hall was having a bit of a mare and needed to be took out of the firing line - especially if, as most people suggest, his confidence was in shreads. He's had a few weeks out of it but we've just had a game against Leeds and a game against Saints coming up, it's hardly an ideal time to reintroduce him into the team. He'll get his chance again imo.
