This was the accusation...

This was the article of the court case..
FORMER NRL star Brett John Seymour has been ordered out of Toowoomba and must wear an ankle monitor as part of strict bail conditions after his arrest on Tuesday.
Seymour appeared in custody in Toowoomba Magistrates Court today where he successfully applied for bail on recent charges.
He was not required to enter any pleas to the charges before the court yesterday which included assaults occasioning bodily harm, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and wilful damage.
Solicitor Brad Skuse, for Seymour, said his client would contest the allegations of those charges.
Mr Skuse said Seymour, who was in a show-cause position in relation to the wilful damage charge, had arranged to live with his uncle in Brisbane and would not return to Toowoomba except for court appearances if granted bail.
He said Seymour would further submit to alcohol testing by police and return a zero reading.
Mr Skuse said since being charged in December last year, Seymour, 35, had continued coaching the Toowoomba Valleys rugby league side up until the weekend fixture.
Magistrate Kay Ryan accepted Mr Skuse's submission that, should Seymour not be given bail and later be found guilty of the offences he would likely spend more time in custody than any sentence imposed.
However, she noted the Crown's case as "strong" and noted the lengthy bail objection tendered by prosecutor Rohan Brewster-Webb.
She ordered Seymour be released on bail on the condition he report to The Gap Police every Monday and Friday, stay out of Toowoomba and remain sober of alcohol.
He must also be fitted with a tracking device on his ankle.
Ms Ryan adjourned the matters back to the same court for mention on July 24.
Seymour is a former NRL star having played for the Brisbane Broncos, Cronulla Sharks and New Zealand Warriors, and in the UK Super League.
He returned to Toowoomba in 2015 on a coaching and playing position with Valleys.

| Radford can not manage his players.
It was the Senior players of 2016 after the Widnes game , that sorted and brought the squad into line .
A player like Connor will have no respect for Radford. Maybe even , some others haven’t. It is getting like Football, just about the money for some squad members.
They feel untouchable, they earn more money than the Manager , so they feel superior to their Coach . Players of Connor’s ability, and ego, know they can just move on for more money.
The situation with Watts , and now Connor, show that Radford can not handle his awkward players, and pull them into line .
They have no respect for him.
His style , of “offering them out” will not work with the big ego type players. They just think, “ sell me then “ !

One game!
Hardly the bigger picture you are painting there is it.

| No matter who we’ve signed, we could easily find ourselves struggling at the wrong end of the table next year.
We seem bereft if ideas at times, and Radford seems bereft to know what to do about it.
The record defeats, and number of them, seem to have been just forgotten about. If it was Agar or Gentle the pressure on them would have been immense, not least from AP.
We will have the personnel next year to be challenging for the top three. I can’t believe AP will be happy with anything other, but I wonder if he’ll change anything if we’re not?

Wayne Bennett had seasons as a coach when things didn't go his way, it doesn't make him a bad coach, but it does mean he's capable because he's proven.
Radford is still relatively young as a coach, he's still learning lessons himself, and he'll be better off for going through the tough times as well as the good times.
It's to easy to throw the towel in when the hard times come, it's the hard times when he'd need our confidence in him more than ever.'"
Six season as a head coach in SL and that’s after a two year apprenticeship as assistant. He’s the longest serving coach in SL. He has also already had some tough times, but we appear to be in a situation where we have not been able to adapt.
The coach should be the one who instils confidence in the players and the fans. It should not be the other way around.
I kind of admire your defence of Redford, but in the words of James Child last night when having to listen to Joel Tomkins bile....
“I politely disagreed”

You've turned into the worst type of troll, the one which doesn't realise they are one.
But thanks for confirming my point from the other thread about you not really contributing to debate. Perhaps you should start looking at the bigger picture rather than adding to the increasing amounts of nothing posts which are far to common on these forums now.

Just saying it was two games, not one as your incorrect reply stated.
Once again you are throwing unnecessary insults.

| A team is only as strong as it’s weakest link and for me that is the coaching side. We have had enough quality and ability in the players during Radford tenure to have done much better than they have. We are a player lead team not a coach lead one. The rate at which we fall off in performance at the end of a season is alarming. Last year Radford could hide behind the injury situation but this year he can not.
Look at the pattern of play and performances over his tenure and can anyone really hand on heart say we have improved in terms of the product in the field (not talking playing staff recruitment).
We still lack support play, we are flat both in attack and defence, our speed is slow and ponderous again both in defence and attack, basic skill set is low, discipline still a failing, end of set plays predictable (if we make to the end of a set) or totally ad hock.
This isn’t the players this is down to the coaching and what he instills into the players. Whatever is done during each training session can not be working as it’s the same old stuff in the 80 mins. Then we get the same old sound bites from same players.
In all honesty I just can not see anything changing next season other than the possible change from the influence of the fresh faces but sadly not any improvement in where it really matters to get the players playing to their potential or consistently.
