Fitness apart the main reason we are being blown away is our tackling technique is all wrong and weak with no aggression allowing too many offloads.
That should be an area the club should prioritise in training.
If you watched the Warrington game they were able to tackle us on most plays with two men when we couldnt hold them or stop the offload with three

Whilst Satae wouldnt be the first name to go for me he is not very mobile and often gets beat by more quicker players.
The reality is our pack isnt mobile enough and it takes our players an age to play the ball and remove themselves from a tackle when defending. Fitness will play a part but they is a reason we have never being troubled in getting these players signatures and why many teams dont have big boppers like Satae.
Since the six again rule speed really is a thing and we are neither fit or fast. That for me is our biggest undoing.

We are getting blown off the park because they are not fit enough, fast enough or mobile enough. Unfortunatly some of the players are either two big or not fast enough to achieve what we need.
We lose a good 80% of collissions and when teams throw the ball wide we just have holes all over the place because we are not fit enough to sustain a sliding defence. Our wingers arent big enough or good enough to get us on a role and ultimately we always end up boxed in and laboured efforts from Satae or Taylor carrying 2/3 players result in a slow PTB and the opposition defence being allowed to be set.
Its ok being able to carry 3 players on your back but if your resulting play the ball is so slow it just puts your team under preassure.

| IF this is true?
How committed is Satae going to be in the Derby?

| The big question is why would Wakefield sanction the move if we’re getting whitbread
I can see Catalan doing it: they’re getting a big boppa who can skittle defenders
We’re getting an efficient forward who can shore up our D. At the expense of our go forward.
But Wakefield lose one of their best players to a team around them and don’t appear to have anyone lined up.
I’m so disappointed in how Joey has turned out, looked like he could be the ideal utility player but he’s playing out of position and been exposed to frequently. If he wasn’t a quota spot I would probably give him till end of season to fix his form but he’s not.
I’d be trying to offload him to cas/wakey instead of letting Satae go. Cas only seem to have mcshane and have been putting Lawler at hooker. A player like Joey should be on their wish list.

| Do you mean Nathan Mason? That’s only a two week loan. Who in the right mind would let one of their top players leave for a 2 week loan that might not be extended. Wakey also currently have the cap to run them both so why wouldn’t they

| What happens if Wakey or Cas don't want Joey. You can't just force a club to take some of our players.
If we're working on trades/swaps the deal has to be favourable to both clubs.
We might offload Satae to Cats and get Whitbread from Wakey by paying a fee.
