Have a bit of faith Seb.Pearson himself has stated we signed some pap.Lets see who is actually coming next season ,then pass judgement.
Being a Hull fan has been a painful experience recently, but lets think positive.
Feel the vibes man.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.; [/color:1g6itio7][/b:1g6itio7]:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_663.jpg |

| The trouble is the previous administration promised us jam next year for four long years and we ended that a lot poorer then when we started the journey. It was always going to take a while to undo the damage done in that period, I think this season we have overall done better then I expected. The vast majority of the playing staff belong to the last regime and no doubt many are either not required any more or want away, it has proved to be a difficult one to coach and I thing PG has done better then most. I have for the most part enjoyed the rugby on display, I have seen a team trying with some passion, aggression and a bit more attacking ability then I have seen for some years.
You can now either get behind the club and buy into the future or you can clear off, its your choice just remember that it was not the present regime that drove the club into the ground. We are lucky that some one has come forward and is backing the club, look at Bradford walking away now and we could well be the next Bradford.
I get tired of seeing people slag off our players/club/stadium and slagging off other FC fans just because they have a different view to theirs as this place is far too public.

absolutely 100% agree
currently the club are in possibly the biggest transition period since the merger and as such we should expect the club to go backwards slightly to go forwards in some areas , however as many have said thisw club is going forwards in almost every aspect and it feels good to me
but to say along the lines of "i dont know why i bother" is just spineless towards the club IMO'"
I do try haha. Thankfully, the majority of our fans are intelligent enough to realise that something good is happening at the club. I'm genuinely excited by where AP is going to take us.

OK, that's semantics. I meant realistically 4th would be a good return in 2013. Obviously top spot is the ultimate aim.

| He bought a club that was in a pretty poor state both on and off the field.
(It was bad enough for me to boycott the whole of last year. Something that I didn't want to do but I couldn't face feeding my money to the last regime. I felt like they were destroying my club which I'd supported for over 25 years of my life.)
It's going to take some time to turn this mess around.
To be in a force in this league, we need to build on solid foundations.
AP recognises that these foundations aren't there and is prepared to spend his money, rebuilding the club from the ground up.
Maybe some supporters are being impatient by demanding success immediately.
Unlike AP, I'm not a millionaire and I can't buy success but I can still do my bit to support the vision that he's trying to put together
I can keep coming to games.
I can buy the odd shirt.
I can buy my pass and most importantly I can still be a Hull FC supporter who is grateful to have his club back.

Think the fact it is on the world wide web may have something to do with it.

Agree, I'd take 4th, but realistically ony Wigan and Wire are out of sight
Anyway a couple of posts up someone mentioned about the damage done by the previous board, yes it will take years to get over they days of Kath and Rule, some said at the time, the longer they stayed the more damage they did.
But AP will pull it round, I've a feeling he's a point to prove to himself, what might have been if he got us in 2002

That's simply not true, and just points to you not seeing games but commenting on them anyway. We have played well in a fair few games this year, but have also played poorly for spells in some of those games, or had 1 or 2 aspects of play that were not of the same standard as the rest of the performance. The problem has been putting in consistent and balanced 80 minute performances, but that is not the same thing as playing poorly in almost every game. The fact is that we are 6th, and I for one would say that over the season we are there on merit and not by luck. That is not the mark of a team who play poorly most weeks.

Just remember that this site does not represent the views of the majority. The ratio of trolls to normal people nowadays has skewed way out of proportion. Can you imagine if, in everyday life, you were confronted with the constant, banal, anti-this and anti-that drivel that you see on the internet? Strangers would walk up to you in the street for no reason and say the most vitriolic thing they could come up with to get a reaction. The problem for them in real life is that these one-eyed keyboard warriors might not be able to handle the reaction they would get. On the internet, the trolls' victims get more and more wound up to feed their sad little egos, fluffing up their sweaty little feathers as they prepare their next vacuous tirade. No, these people don't exist in real life - just on here and other boards.
