- Will Sharp, when he came on, played very well, for me the only player to give a damn! I reckon under the new coach next season, maybe Sharp can make it! (I hope) because he has pace that we need!
- Agar, and the coaching staff are finally fecking off, could they please take Luaki and Washbrook with them.
- We scored two tries
Tonight's Negatives
- Clueless, no heart, no desire, no excuse.
- Agar once again shows he is a clueless coach, god knows what he says to the team before the start of a big game, he just cannot get the team fired up.
- Leeds did not even play that well tonight, we made them look good, and they made us look poop!
Players that need replacing IF we want to start seriously talking about challenging for honors next season.
- Washbrook (OUT)
- Dowes (OUT)
- Luaki (OUT)
- Horne (OUT)
- Phelps (OUT)
- Whiting (OUT)
- OBST (OUT)
- RADFORD (OUT)
The above players need replacing with some quality, out of the above players, I would maybe keep whiting & obst as backup. Whiting for me, lacks too much in the way of pace, and the past good 4-5 games, he's been caught out to many times, a top quality side, has no weakness on their flanks.
As for sharp, I would give him another season under a new coach, just to see what happens, he has the speed, the attitude, and defense (as shown tonight) to make it work for him.
As for Radford, he's brought nothing to Hull F.C over the past few seasons, he never busts a tackle, gives away daft penalties, and before some of you shoot me and say "but he's there for his leadership" bullshizen! where has it been over the past couple of seasons?
Anyhow. Going to be a very depressing close season now, the only thing that will give me hope for next season is the quick or slow departure of the above named players, with new players coming in!
A depressing season, we did not even deserve to make the play-offs, both us and HKR. We was both in there to make the numbers, the most upsetting thing over-all is Hull RUGBY on a whole, has become a laughing stock, and teams love playing us. In the past people use to hate playing against us, now the big teams think, easy 2 points!
That's all I have to say really, to cap off a very disappointing season

Whiting is a good back up player and nothing more than me . I don't see him starting if we want to be challenging for honours but a great squad player

Think horne should be used as cover at / FB and not play in the halves. Whiting can cover most positions and so should not be allowed to leave. |
