FWIW i'd like to see washbrook get alot more game time at LF since he will get better with consistent games there. that means lauaki or fitz to front row which ain't so bad

i expect whiting to play utility in the backs again next season but i'd rather see him at 13 in the absence of washbrook. If we are short on forwards for 2011 then if i was Agar i would be preparing Whiting for LF or 2nd row

i seriously doubt we will sign Rangi Chase so maybe we should get the cash out for Scruton who would be a good signing IMO

I really do hope that Agar has a couple of big props in mind because otherwise we are standing still while the teams above us are moving further away (Saints, Wigan, Hudds) Even rovers will have stronger front row options than us as it stands.

We could move Lauaki up to frontrow but we still need another quality prop and please not Dowes or Wheeldon FFS !!

I think you're overhamming the situation somewhat.

We currently have Radford, O'Meley and Moa signed on. We can move one or both of Fitz or Lauaki to prop if needs be. If there is nobody else out there then I'd not be against Dowes getting a 1 year deal.

I think if Calderwood does now stay we could have Calders, Briscoe, Lynne, Sharp, Yeaman, Berro & Turner to cover the backs so i see Whiting moving in to the 2nd row and only being used in the backs in an emergency. Whiting would replace Lauaki who would move up to prop.

Front row: Radford, O'Meley, Moa, Lauaki & Dowes(maybe)
2nd Row: Tickle, Manu, Whiting, Fitzgibbon & Burnett
LF: Washbrook & Whiting
Hooker: Houghton & McShane(hopefully, if a loan move is possible).

you could be right mate ,but he went well for us and played some good footy back in the nrl he would be a good stop gap ,and like the other poster said better than dowes he bust a tackle did scott
