We can't defer payment - he's already under contract and drawing a wage. The instant he pulled on a pair of boots and took to the field, his entire salary would go on the cap - including everything he's been paid up to now.

didnt Agar say he wouldn't call on Webbo if we suffered injuries as it wasn't fair do that to him as it was a big decision for Webbo to give up playing and go into coaching, think is was on a Blunderside interview.
