I notice those who want to defend Horne can only come up with comments like this. He's not good enough in my opinion, I could be on my own I don't care but for me he doesn't do enough and when he does its never consistantley. |

If you were reading properly, you'd have noticed that I haven't been defending him particularly. 
Horne's been poor most of this season. Whether that has anything to do with his injury and/or health I don't know. But he's been far from poor during his career at the club and you are, as per usual, going OTT on this subject. |

The thing is he is one of our highest earning players in a pivitol position and does not bring anything to the team - we have the third worst attack in the league behind Salford and Celtic this is partly because we are carying players like richard horne who is living off past reputation. |

This season I'd agree. Along with most of the rest of the squad.
In 2005 and 2006 he was top notch. In 2007 he was one of our best players in a largely average season.
