at the end of the day Rinaldi is a shorter guy than Moa who was semi stooping as the hit connected, even if he had simply wrapped him up and bent him backwards the chances are he would have been sparked from a forhead in the gob or similar...
Like Barrie mac said you cannot penalise a man for powerful shot that accidentally knocks a man out or are we now going to give referees lessons in physics IE speed, size & velocity equals what??
It was a massive hit that was right on the button, thats why the London boys were consoling Moa as he went off and after full time because they all knew it was a wrong call and the best judge of a bad tackle is how other professionals react to it, there wasnt even one London player who ran in annoyed by it, none...says it all to me...

I think the video evidence is unclear. I think it hit shoulder then head but it could easily have been head first. I think SOS would been enough or for him to be placed on report and then banned for one game. getting a red and a ban seems harsh to me. |

Saying we should move on is clearly saying we should stop discussing it. My point was that this is a forum to discuss topics so if people wish to continue discussing they are quite entitled to. I then asked you your opinion as to why you felt people should stop discussing which is in fact the exact opposite of telling you your not allowed an opinion as you claimed id said. Either way it doesn't really matter I just dont appreciate being accused of double standards but lets move on. |

My Opinion Is, Moa Made A Legal Big Hit..
Rinaldi gave a couple of big hits in that match, unfortunately when moa came on he got a taste of his own medicine.
unfortunately he got knocked out in the progress.
it just amazes me how rugby league ( toughest sport in the world ) is becoming touch rugby.
