It's a discussion forum, not an unsubstantiated mud-slinging forum.

I would take Burgess, I agree he would be an ideal replacement.

I understand why people don't name sources. I also understand why people get frustrated when sources aren't named. For that reason on the odd occasion when I get 'inside' information I tend to keep it to myself or discuss it with people I trust via PM. Otherwise it's a lose-lose situation.

I just found it strange that you said you're very pleased with the Ellis signing, but not overly impressed with our recruitment for next season overall. Given that we've only signed 2 players so far, logic said that you don't rate the other signing at all to bring the average down.
The other option is that you're not impressed because we haven't signed enough players, but given that we're only a week into June I assumed you wouldn't getting concerned about that just yet.
On the subject of Arundel, I personally think he has little more to prove than Turner, and the potential to be the better player. A good move for me.

Who wouldn't be pleased with the Ellis signing, your reading far too much into my post, as you will be aware I would sooner have kept Turner as I rate him, however I am not unhappy with Arundel and hope he proves to be a good signing, I know you will disagree but I still think Turner has the potential to be a future International, I know Arundel has made the knights but so has Welham so enough said there. I agree it is early days and like I posted plenty of time and hopefully the recruitment will be good but I think it will be a tough ask to replace the like of Moa (if we lose him), Orgre, and still get a decent f/back and h/back, on saying that I am more optimistic than I have been for several years.

I don't think we'll bring in a fullback for next season, at least not a frontline one. 2 first string props, a halfback, and 2 or 3 depth signings and I think we'll be about set. I'm hoping fullback will be our priority for the 2014 season when Horne is OOC (as is Greg Eden, I think ).

| I quite like Kearney at Bradford as a fullback. Think we could do a lot worse tbh.

Could also do a lot better, though. Good in attack, but iffy defensively IMO.

| I think there will be a big clear out at Leeds at the end of the year.. Is there anyone we can take off them? Any rumours from Leeds?
To add my bit, I'd love to see Chase at Hull.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

He's signed a extension a few days ago.
