Rovers are just ripping us off and as fans have said for once we have stood together on this one. Who do they think we are, hiking the charges for an area is the worst for seeing in the Super League, then they grumble on here becuase we are not buying them.

It has nothing to do with our traveling support with 2,000 at Leeds 3000 at Wakey and the same at Cas, we travel however we are playing, its just the fact that we do not like being ripped off, Simple. Even Dobbins fans say on here they would not pay £20 to stand there at their own ground!

The constant letters from away fans in the RL press about trouble at the ground and the poor away supporters facilities keep the travelling fans to Caravan Park down even compared with those at the KC.

It is no coincidence that, as some Dobbins fans say on here the three biggest travelling supports have been either from teams across the Pennines (whose supporters have probably not travelled before) and Cas (who have just come up). It would be interesting to see how many of those away fans who were put in the South end would come again!

So you would pay an £10 hike in charges aimed specifically at ripping you as a group of supporters off, to stand or sit at a ground where you could not see all the pitch and were miles away from what you could see, when the game is televised, would you!

Don't these sort of inflationary tricks and the £60 Caravan Park Cuddle Club tell you anything?

If that's 1/4 of a mile, I'd love to know how far back the seats are in the top tier of Wembley!

Luckily I'm only paying £12 as I'm a student but even then I feel thats too much. What I don't get is, is that people are citing the awful South Stand as the reason they are not going yet there are still tickets available in another area in the ground. I've been in the North Stand before and its a very good view and there was no hostility. The only reason I switched ends is because I couldnt get student tickets in there before

I agree they have heard its bad but until they actually visit they dont realise just how bad!

Dont get me wrong I am NOT knocking what the club have done so far and you cant make new stands and facilties appear from thin air or overnight , all I am saying is that its obvious why away fans wont come and pay £20 to stand in the south stand

Go stand in it some time and see for yourself

Enjoy the match and think that it going to cost your club a small fortune to play it and the result will mean jack in the scheme of things

Expected the North to sell out TBH but I think you may still get a few last minute fans who decide on going in there tomorrow.

Sure is. Can't think of too many grounds that are further away from the pitch? Still a cracking view though, because like you said on the previous page, somebody clever invented stands that go up.
