The reasons why this is happening now is that a certain family are trying to force the council into selling the stadium, the reason they refused first time round was that he wanted to take out a mortgage and not buy with his own so called wealth that is why the council would not let him have it to put a venue with no debt into debt, at the end of the day unless city get promoted to the prem which is highly unlikely and he continues to lose millions every season then he will simply walk away, he hasn,t got the wealth to run a prem club and pay prem wages. If you compare him to some of the owners in the prem he looks like he,s on dole. I work at the learning zone college and to my knowledge we don't pay to have stuff put up. Also it's worth noting they took down a signed FC shirt off the wall and for some reason only a rovers shirt and city shirt are present!
