I'd agree about some time in NL1, probably a dual contract, but no way would I like to see any of our players receiving any more coaching from Richard Agar. He'd probably only end up playing as a last 5 minute impact winger anyway.'"
I was thinking of a club what would take him as I very much doubt a half decent team would take him. Where somewhere like a wakey or maybe even castleford would have him. It could help him either learn and get better or basically show us he is out of his depth.

It goes without saying that a decent SL team wouldn't currently want him as a frontline player, otherwise he'd be holding down a place for us. I just think that Wakefield should be pretty much bottom of the list of desirable places for us to send our youngsters to develop, given that the man in charge there was a large factor in why we haven't had any players emerge in the past 4 years. Even if he did miraculously get regular first team rugby from Richard 'who can we move about instead?' Agar, that still doesn't mean he'll learn anything if he's not getting the right help/instruction. I for one would honestly rather see him go to almost any other club.

He needs games at the top level if possible so I would think wakey, castleford(maybe),London or Widnes may have him. I personally think he is over-rated and has to improve a hell of alot for me. And id rather have him do that at another club then play for our u-20's.

I dont think any club in SL would take him out on loan to give him first team experience.

I'm not sure he needs games at the top level yet, though. He needs games at a higher level than the 20s for certain, but I think the jump from 20s to SL is too big and has been for a while. We need to ease youngsters in more, you can't just expect them to go straight from games against kids their own age and younger to facing off against the best full-grown men in the country. That way we're giving them 2 hurdles to overcome, the physical challenge as well as the hike in skill level. IMO we need to use the lower leagues more to get youngsters used to the rigours of open-age rugby and then move them up to SL when they look ready.

I agree Horne/Seymour doesnt work after seeing them play together for 65mins
As i have said previously im not Hornes biggest fan but hes under a new coach which by the sounds off it is more attack minded than Agar. Lets give them time to know each others game in a game situation not just training. He is by far the best 6 at the club.

| For me i enjoyed the game and dont think theres to much to panic about, the only concerns i had was missed tackles and not wrappping the ball up in the tackle to prevent the offload. I thought Will Sharp put his hand up and showed ppl he was willing to get stuck in by helping the fowards out carrying the ball back plenty of times. Mckinnon looks good and Martin looked solid when he came on. Would of liked to of seen a bit more of ellis and nicklas as the result was past us by last fifteen minutes.

| Some of the duck-eggs on Sportstalk tonight were real class entertainment. Well worth a "listen again", even if its just to hear gollum defending Hull. Speaking of whom, he's looking for a #tag for his tweets, he reckons that Gwilym is a bit of a gobfull and most people couldn't spell it anyway. Any suggestions?

Tbf, if I rang in tonight, I'd be giving it loads. Sulking like a world champion, me.
Don't be mentioning any criminals, coddy. You're in enough trouble as it is.
