Matt Shaw posted this morning Leigh have enquired about Jake Clifford and trying to get him over this year.Apologies I know it's not a signing for us but he is an ex player after all. Would be good to see him back in the league again and would improve Leigh massively as they are still a top half back short of challenging for things this year in my opinion.

It would be a shame to see him playing for another Super League club and espescially against us but I guess there was always a chance he'd return to the UK.


I'm more than happy with Pryce and Sezer for 2026 though if the former actually happens.

He played for them on Saturday and by accounts is well liked by the supporters and club. Doubt he’d have just jumped on a plane home straight away without any goodbyes and thank you’s from the players and club just to train in secret with Hull. Also don’t see what Hull would gain from keeping it secret. It’s getting a bit silly now if they get a deal done I’m sure they’ll be keen to announce it when they can. 

He was signing, but a photo leaked and he decided, "nope, a photo has leaked, cancel everything"

I don't know what's more reprehensible; someone for saying it or someone for believing it and repeating it.

The way they've put 'big' in bold makes me think that it may be Herman who has signed an extension, but I'm hopeful it will be announcing Pryce.

The emphasis was on big so fingers crossed an extension for Ese'ese.

I think it's an existing player with them saying contract news instead of signing news but happy to be wrong.

Ese Ese staying would be huge. Comfortably the best player last year and top of the current MOS standings. I'd have him signing up as a priority over 4 and 6 personally 

The seat number on the post was 29. Possibly Ese'Ese extended until 2029
