great effort from fc, to hold a full strength giants team to 2 points for nearly 65 minutes was a magnifecent effort! unfortunatly we were never allowed to get a foot hold into the game like the giants as a certain man in the middle wouldn't give us anything all game! one example, fc have a scrum, giants number 12 tackles briscoe litrally seconds after getting the ball from the base of the scrum, no way is the giants player that quick, should've blown up for offside, yet he penalises hull for offside when the play has gone the opposite side of the field!

Our defence sounded great but didn't have much in attack. Probably a game too far with the injuries we have.

Not confident about the cc game, they rested players whereas we lost another.

I'm still confident we'll beat them. I trust in Gentle to come up with a gameplan to do the job.

Gameplans are fine but we need players.

Your defence today was awesome and I don't think the final score does the game justice. We weren't 18 points better. Your attack wasn't as good as ours but Houghton caused us problems all afternoon. At one point I'd have taken a draw. I know you had players missing and we rested a few so next week should be immence. Hopefully one of us will be the eventual CC winners.

PS. Your away support. Brilliant, biggest this year and probably won't beat beaten all year.
