Even before the talk from silverwood he wasn't doing a lot for me , he had a great game against saints and since then hasn't done alot

Thought he had one of his better games against Catalans last week to be honest.He was running the ball in a lot harder than he has previously.
Like EXPRO has said, he his a marked man with the referee's and this has knocked his confidence which is a real shame as the guy has got great potential.

A very vaild point, I have noticed whenever he comes on the refs immediately start talking to him, can't help with his agressive game thinking he is being watched more so than others.

It was noticeable that he started playing better the moment he went to prop. Instead of getting the ball stood still out wide he can play nice and simple and just charge onto the ball.

Not Agar but James Rule and to take it straight to the RFL. If what EXPRO said is true then this just isn't on and will continue to have a huge negative phycological affect on him & his commitment in all aspects of his game. It could not only cost us matches but he could get injured if half hearted in a tackle.

Might just take the Derby match to get him up for it again, that is if the ref actually protects the player and lets him play. I would actually give him more game time, tell him he is getting it and make him work harder.

I miss the old guy, bit of a loose cannon but did make the other team think and watch out for him.

Shouldnt our coaches be working over time with him to get his confidence back and to work on his technique then? The refs watching him is one thing, penalising him is another and he obviously has problems in that area that mean he needs to be watched.

The situation has already been noted to the powers that be in charge based upon his treatment in the last match namelt before he had even touched a player or a ball he was "put straight" by the official about his conduct at which point he turned to the bench with his hands open as if to say "what have i done" , the water carrier then went on to find out what was said and to say that the referee was " put straight " after that is an understatement as it is official bullying of a player as he was told in no uncertain terms!!!
As the ref was clearly told "you are not entitled to warn a player about conduct that may or may not happen, you are only empowered to deal with what actually does happen"
It is however hindering Hame I can tell you and to be fair he has not been anywhere near as bad as the newtons etc of this SL season but because of his stature etc he is being targetted by officials .
He will come good again , and to be fair against Cats he had an outstanding match

Simple for me, if he does anything wrong he'll be penalised, if he doesnt he wont. If his confidence is shot from the ref picking on him maybe he should go tell the teacher?
