If we have set our sights on another half back, then we need to need to land Lam. Sailor, if he has chosen Saints, then we can probably find another overseas full back from the plethora of talent they have in that position over there. A half back, non-quota who knows SL, that isnt easy to find

If we keep Walker then I'll be satisfied with that. I'm not Walker's biggest fan but he's steady and reliable and keeping him would free up a quota place. Moy is promising but he's not ready to be first choice next season in my opinion. Litten can also play there but going forward I think centre will be his favoured position. Attacking wise I thought he impressed last week. Of course all this will be immaterial if Walker leaves which is likely then we'll need a new FB.

Think Walker is too expensive to be a back up, I'd go with Moy, with Litten and Hardraker as backups.

Give Moy the number 1 shirt, sign Lam or halfack to replace Trueman, who I can't see being here next year.

Added bonus Lam is off quota. wasn't bothered about Sailor, especially as a marquee player.
If we can recruit a reputable Strength and Conditioning trainer, Moy could be sensational next season

I'd be inclined to remain with Moy and Litten if we can get a top 7 - Lam, or an Aussie - Hawkins for example.

A good S&C could really make the difference for Moy. He is 2cm shorter than Reece Walsh but 20kg lighter (albeit he is 4 years younger). There is a frame there to add strength without jeopardising speed and agility

Should the clause be proved legitimate, it would allow Lam to negotiate with Super League clubs, namely Hull FC, who are determined to bring the half-back to East Yorkshire to link up with the likes of Jordan Abdull, Cade Cust, and Amir Bourouh, not to mention current Leigh team-mates John Asiata, Zak Hardaker, Oliver Holmes, and Ed Chamberlain, all of whom have signed for the Airlie Birds next year.

In the unlikely event Lam signs he and Abdull will first choice half backs, Trueman surely will have to leave. Charles will be back up with Harman and Medforth next in line. Where does that leave Cust? If he is signed as a back up that's a waste of a quota place. It' looking likely that he'll play hooker and he's hardly played there. Surely a specialist 9 would be a better bet?

Probably just linking up with the new signings.
