as are most things, it's a bit like discussing religion, it's best avoided because those that believe do and those that don't, don't, neither side will ever offer any facts that change the opposing sides opinion.
other than on Graham, where I am right, he's a moaning windbag!

Except that most people who don't believe in a god would change their minds in a heartbeat if compelling evidence came to light, whereas those who do believe in a god continue to do so despite the evidence. Oh, yeah, and, summat about Brett Seymour.

I'm not the biggest fan of Graham but I think he has proved in the last series that he is one of the best props in the world at the moment i.e World class. Just for his shear work rate at offloading, yes he has flaws but being a ginger to$$ bag doesn't effect his game.
Just to keep on topic
Brett Seymour will have my full support until he breaks the clubs rules. Everyone likes a drink and I've made a tit of myself on numerous occasions but drink driving is not acceptable. That said I'll guess that we will all know somebody who has been done for drink driving, I certainly do and they have learned from there mistakes. They all still get pi$$ed though

By that overly demanding definition, Stacey Jones was potentially world class but we'll never know for sure then?
I personally think you're being pernickity in your haste to come up with a definition that will exclude British players. You may as well add 'must be Australian' to your criteria, seeing as they are the only rugby league nation who [iconsistently[/i win anything of note.
Interestingly, I have thought of a few who probably do fit your criteria if you take it as read: Michael Withers, Jamie Peacock, Joe Vagana, Leon Pryce, Lesley Vainikolo, and Stuart Fielden. All won the world club challenge 3 times in the space of 5 years, but I wouldn't personally call any of them world class.
As you say, it's about opinion, but world class cannot be defined in any clear way. It's entirely subjective and impossible to substantiate, and certainly should not be dependent upon who you play for or what you win.
