That is correct, IMO. Pearce is still only 20 isn't he? He'll be club-trained until 21 I believe and then should [utechnically[/u become non-fed. What happens then will be interesting - assuming he is any good. Converts to RL from other sports are going to be non-fed unless they convert at or before 18 - irrespective nationality (ie even if British). Not such a problem in football with 17 'non-fed' spots in each squad - and how many converts reach the top elite level anyway?

They don't have dispensation!! They all have EU passports (in one form or another) so they are non quota. The are exempt from the Non-Fed list because of the PRE-2008 rule!! That's all.

When they leave, Rovers will not get a Non-Fed space back. Those are taken up by: Dobson, Green, Mason and Clinton.. They have one left!!
