Trying to get back on topic......

They said they were giving Radders credit for his guilty plea and his previous good record.

Then they proceeded not to by giving him the maximum penalty under the guidelines. icon_rolleyes.gif

I think on this occasion its right to appeal even if he does get a longer ban. Sometimes you just have to take a stand and this is one of them.

Spoke to James Rule about the hearing last night. He was gobsmacked about the whole process. He thinks that a different committee this evening may have a different view. Apparently the "judge" was missing last night and the 3 man panel made the decision themselves. There's no doubt he is determined to push this one as he believes they are just wrong.

A sensible decision, the 70 minutes against Leeds was more then punishment enough.
