Which are all things that our coaches seem incapable of doing. We have one plan, its not very elaborate and we will not/can not deviate from it.

You have to wonder what exactly Jon Sharp has picked up coaching and playing under the likes of Brian Smith, Ian Millward, Brian Noble and David Waite dont you?

A good coach will make average players appear to be good ones and good players appear to be excellent ones.....a good coach will INSTALL structures and an ethos into a team, regardless of individuals available to him........we have none and will never have any of these while Agar and Sharp are at the club.

What worries me with any potential signing of a star SH is that we do not have the set up to match him!

got to to agree with you Brian Smith did it with a average squad with two or three good players . Morgan implements a game plan that is versatile with a squad that is not much better than ours What i cant understand is what skills is Sharp bringing, he has the expeirence of Gb/ Wigan and still we have no alternative plan. John Kear once told me he believed abig part oif the game in his opinion is in the mind and this coaching staff cannot apply any of them, as you rightly say "structures"

I've yet to see any evidence of a 'game plan' for sometime now. When Berrigan went to SH he was left with the same dilema, no structure.
