I'm gutted I'm not here for this one I was really looking forward to seeing a good match which i think will be either very close or an absolute whitewash for one team but i really couldn't say which one. I think if its close We may just edge it with Briers now bringing us a decent kicking game again.

As it stands though i reckon I may be the only lad wearing a wire shirt in Newcastle asking for them to put the match on

I dont really expect us to win just as long as we are competitive and come through the game with no injuries I'll be happy

Big test for our defence this game, defend well and we have a shot. I'd settle for a competitive game and give a good account of ourselves.

Quite correct about the select group of arrogant tw__s. Quite a few of them see through primrose and blue glasses, born in the glory years of 2009 and beyond.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to a real forward battle, and two great attacking sides. Crooks v Atkins could be a belter, the young lad has done really well since getting his chance.

Always seems to me when I think we are in good form and fancy an FC win, we get poked.

When I'm felling pessmistic about them, they go and surprise me with a great performance and win.

So I say we have no chance and we are gonna get smeggin battered.

With tickle, westy and watts available I think it would have been a cracking game. Without them I think they have too much in the forwards but not too worried about losing this one as I think we can go on and take 4 or 6 points from the next 3 games which will set us up nicely for the remainder of the season
