The longer Rich Agar stays the more damage he is doing to the clubs long term future, this season is over and we should be planning for next. It matters not where we finish in the league now, an eighth place and an exit in the first round is the best we have to look forward to.

Clear the decks, blood some youngsters, bring in a new coach and establish a better working relationship with everyone involved with the club before its too late.

I want Agar to be here for the next forum as I cant wait to see how he explains this seasons dross with his FOOKING PIE CHARTS.

In Agar's defence, I don't think the effort of the players can really be faulted either. We've not had a proper tonking this year (yet) and I can think of many many FC teams over the years who've given up at half time and got utterly crushed in the second half.

But surely this is the point. The effort is there, it's not being properly directed or utilised. Isn't that the job of the coach?

It never crossed my mind that we might win the game at any point, and particularly not after we went 22-6 down. That's what being in the driving seat would mean to me.
