I stood in the South Terrace last year and couldn't see a thing. I would not pay again to stand in there and certainly not £17.

Yes but this debate is regarding the south stand, you were in the north stand.

I have to take side with the Hull fans on this one. I would NOT pay £20 to watch a game from our southstand, infact I doubt I would pay £10, not when I can watch it from the comfort of my own home or in the pub(which will probably have a better atmosphere than the southstand).
Fans from ALL of the other clubs are coy to just how poor the view is from the stand is and until we vastly improve our away facilities the club have to realise that away supporters wont want to come to CP. I know that there are people who will say that wakey and bradford have poor away stands, the point is at wakey you are tight up against the pitch and at bradford you are set back a bit but are high up , hence at both grounds you still get to see the game. you cant even see the in goal area from our south stand due to the advertising boards!!
Had this game not been on t.v then i think it would probably have sold out.
