With the current squad signed up for next year and supposed large contracts off the books in the likes of hoy, brown, carlos and houghton (maybe Ok and Pele too), we don't seem to have signed much in the way of quality to replace them so surely we can't be anywhere near cap currently with signings announced/mooted

The club have had to rent houses in the past so no reason why this could not have been part of sales package.We are way below cap anyway so renting a house or two for say£1000 per month is hardly going to break the cap.
Like i said 1 year deals with an extension in the clubs favour would have been far more sensible and we dont know whether it would have been acceptable to the players or not

I would have put my money on Rowley been Leeds next head coach, but allegedly Arthur is rumoured to be taking the Perth job when they get into the NRL in 2027. So maybe he’ll do 2025 at Leeds before returning in 2026 so get the Perth franchise ready.
