Some of your more moronic fans (just like ours) have dragged your coach's name through the mud for seasons until he won the treble. And I think this season your halves look the worst in the league, and I don't even think Ryan Brierley will be a fix.'"
Told you! lol

Salford will be lucky to get more than a couple of wins away from home and will get bigger stuffings than you gave them and as for Catalan they are just garbage , yes they may improve at home in the warmer weather buy unless Carney decides he really wants to play they may not make the eight .
Saying that i have you down to finish 5th in my works prediction league as i think you have recruited well . Half back and coaching might find you out in the big games but on the whole the signs are good'"
At least we haven't had a dry bumming at widnes yet

| Well done Hull.
It would make a refreshing change for you to stay at the top of superleague.
That's where you should be.
Good luck.

| We won't finish top. I hope we're comfortably in the 6 going into the super 8's and close enough to challenge for the top 4. That will be an above expectations start to the season for me. What happens after that will be largely down to injuries across the comp for me

Just to say that Radford has confirmed that Sneyd did have a back problem (spasm) and Abdull was called up and travelled.

I think an apology is due toFc-Steward from myself and a few others, so sorry. You or your "source" did over dramatise the story for effect though. Chinese whispers comes to mind.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?: |
|
| So apart from Quote: FC-Steward "Sneyd not playing'" Quote: FC-Steward "Abdul travelling instead .'" he was 100% correct.

And apart from all his other prophecies
I don't mind the rumours myself, it's all part of it. I've learnt over the years to just wait and see, whether that's about new signings, injuries or whatever - it's not something to get annoyed over.
I remember meeting up before games pre-internet in the club on Airlie Street, and it was exactly the same, Chinese whispers snowballing as the message gets passed on, usually like this one with an element of truth at the source of it all (the bad back).

cartoons/WB17.gif I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.
I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

| Well, so far so good. Arrived home from work just in time for ko on Saturday and throughly enjoyed the next couple of hours.
However, I've been here far too many times in my long years of supporting the club to get too carried away by decent back to back performances (however impressive they may be).
Think we need to get to the other side of Easter to see how the season may pan out. Seem to recall we looked the real deal in April/May 2013. By the end of that season we'd suffered yet another dispiriting afternoon at Wembley, Huddersfield had put nearly 60 points on us by half-time in a play off game and the coach had already cleared his locker out, so it might be wise to keep our powder dry just yet.
Still, it's a positive start and we're all in a chipper mood so, fingers crossed, let's hope it continues for a while yet. But there will be harder tests to come.

| Pritchard was on 60 mins ish and made 3 tackles I've just seen. That's some stat. 9 in total including last week. 1 20ish mins and 9tackles for a 2nd row is a stat I don't think I've seen. Is he been avoided by the opposition? Hope it continues.
Also Talanoa stats thus far this year are ridiculous top or very near in tries, metres, breaks, busts, carries and average metres!

No. But it's an unexpected advantage not having our strike edge having to work in D

| He made 468 tackles in 32 games last year. Mini made 745.
It's a pity our stats don't show games and, in particular, minutes played.
I've never understood why - it's an important element to a players overall contribution.

thats why you see teams moving the ball quickly to our right edge and throwing the long cut out pass for the winger to go in at the corner.
Radford needs to work on this as both Pryce and Jack Logan have jumped the line and helped the opposition create the space.
Fonua against Salford and Michaels at Catalan both left exposed.
