And I agree its idiotic but he's not saying you can't put up [icertain[/i pictures, he's saying you have to rent the space (wall, flag pole etc) to do that. For what its worth, this has been happening since the beginning of the 2012 season, I know because its been minuted in FC Voices meetings. If you look on FB FC Voices group at August 2012 minutes you will see we discussed a letter that the group sent to Mr Allam regarding the disappearing memoribilia.

IMO if it isn't in the tenancy agreement that wall space can be rented out then I don't see that he has a leg to stand on, but as Nick Thompson said yesterday it [iisn't[/i in the agreement either. Something for lawyers (and HCC) to thrash out???

If they want to renegotiate the full lease, then maybe, you can't (as far as I am aware) selectively renegotiate to add clauses without discussing the full terms and conditions.
