He was looking good up to his ban. Probably our form player. Even in the first half of that cup game he was looking good.

All men are created equal, some work harder in preseason.

| Not that concerned with us playing badly as finding a way to win when you are playing poorly is the important bit. Our next 3 are massive games for me, 3 desperate teams scrambling to stay up will see us as a target.

He was trying to get a move to Wakey this year. Allegedly

100% need to be telling Cliff to sign that new contract and he can become the new captain from next season. Carlos would happily agree for the team.
Time to bring in a backrower and give Stavely some game time. I wonder if that’s why he was brought back to play reserves. See him in our structures'"
Staveley played great for the reserves yesterday by all accounts. Would like to see him given some more first team experience now

Smith kind of indicated he'd play some more youngsters towards the end of the season.
As much as they are must win games, I'd like to see him get a decent run against Wakey and Cas

Bit harsh that on Swift. Booming high passes results in body of balance and receptive to being pushed into touch.
For me bring Hoy back in too soon especially as we had a fit replacement. The same can be said of Tumivave, returning from injury. It’s what reserves are for.

| Has Danny Houghton ever had a poor game in a Derby? He was on it from the start today and come up with the match winning pass for the winning try.
Hull Football club legend that guy. Amongst the God's.

Certainly made up for it with his triple sidestep on Walker.
Been a great signing
Sad to see him depart.

| Didn't play well but worked really hard.
Hats off to Mcintosh, what a turnaround, same with Dywer. Swift also after a poor first half, had a really good 2nd half. Is there anything Clifford can't do.
Houghton definitely worth another year on a reduced contract.

I do still worry about Dwyer though that he's more of an individual than a team player. I'm not as disappointed at losing him than I am Swift.

Goes unnoticed and comes in for some criticism when Tuimavave gets away with murder.
I know he is captain but should be dropped as he has three games in a row now when he has been poor

| Mcintosh just looked bigger and faster lately from what hepreviously shown. I suppose Tony Smith deserves credit for bringing that out of him.
Earlier in the season he looked gone.

Says the Walter Mitty of the Hull FC forum
Swift was crap was he?
No mention of our two half backs in the first half who were both poor
No mention of our poor last play options given the amount of possession we had first half.
Stick to boozing Walter thats your game not R/L
