I like the sound of being able to keep hold of the "current squad". Hopefully that means there is room for Kelly. Be interesting to see what Ellis does, my thoughts are we have to keep him at the club, one way or another.

Think it's the right decision to increase the cap, although I would only allow teams with a reserve team to have the extra cap.

The other two rules I don't like, the 2 marquee players seems pointless as no really uses it now and it seems to me it's for Wigan to keep Williams.

I don't like the rule to attack Uonion players as it could really be abused by clubs with cash, in theory they could sign 3 top Union players and spend 1 million over the cap.

Already started. Wire sign Taylor Prell from Union after scoring 4 tries against FC reserves.

Fully aware of that, just pointing it out. Where do they get their cap space

Looking at the Williams deal, we could know have Taylor and Houghton as our marquee players as only 75k of their salary on our cap so saving us quite a bit of cap?

Just found out you have to may a marquee player at least 175k so doubt we will have any player on above that.

.... and 2 overseas marquee players would cost £350k of the salary cap, or about 20% spent on just 2 players.
