I don't care what they consider themselves, you only have to look at people's posts to see who offers a mixture of opinions about the side/club and those that just have a permanent downer on everything to do with Hull FC.

Just to even things up (not that you're bias in any way), you’re forgetting those that permanently see everything through black and white tinted glasses.

I dont actually believe anything other than 'C' exist, it's just people have different perspectives and starting points.

People have different experiences which they base their opinions also.

I completely agree with you. The original point was someone mentioned 'the usual rose tinted brigade' and I was just commenting that we also have 'the usual moaning brigade' too.

Although some people have alot more bad things to say than good.

I consider myself to be a C but leaning more towards A than B. I see that the club is in great shape off field and whilst we aren't great on it we are not nearly as bad as some would have you believe.

I'd say that much of the off field success is as a direct result of on field success in the period 2003-2007. This resulted in increased attendances, increased sponsorship and increased merchandise sales. Problem is that poor on field performance quickly puts these into revers and the whole infrastructure of the club changes dramatically.

There are other areas such as the foundation which are very successful but the success of the club as a whole is reliant on success (or relative success) on the pitch. History is littered with examples of large sporting clubs who have quickly gone down the pan due to poor results

That's kinda the point. Most people won't care that you consider yourself to be a 'C', because everyone considers themselves to be a 'C'.
