| There is great passion in the club and it shows. It feels like we win together and lose together from the boardroom to the terraces and that's all we ask.
We have an honest team - they all held their hands up and put in a shift. Thought Tuimavave's carries were brilliant and he didn't look like he was returning from injury. We were unfortunate to lose Hadley after 80 seconds, effectively cutting our rotation and losing Houghton was a blow when St's were on th back foot.
The discipline was unfortunate - Washy has to stop putting his knees in - Matongo was only just mistimed and Lomax went down like he had been shot. Trial by TV has to be sorted as with no TV we would have probably kept a full complement of players on the field.
Proud to be a black and white.

"It's the refs fault again". Biggest moaning whingers in RL.: |

| Saints were generally poor, had a real off day and Hull played to their absolute maximum.
Yet they still beat you.

| Great effort by the lads against some ridiculous sin binning's ( seriously wtf) need better replacements then Logan , thought was probably the difference today, a decent centre and we would of won, despite the adversity

Logan was probably the weakest link today, but I'm not sure you can pin any of the tries on him. We allowed too much space on the edges in the first 20 minutes. Sometimes he dealt with the threat, sometimes he didn't, but the root of the problem was generally elsewhere.
That said I would favour Scott over him going forward. Or perhaps bring Harris back in and get Connor back at right centre.

| That will live on in my memory as an heroic effort from Hull ....
What an effort ... truly special.
Away from home to probably the best side in Super League, three sinbinnings and yet trying to win the game in the dying seconds with tired players.
Fantastic ....

| I'm gutted we lost and amazing we only lost by a penalty and a drop goal given the injuries, missing players and the sin binnings but the real reason we lost is because we lack discipline. Is that 7 sin binnings and a sending off in 2 cup games? Needs sorting and quick

Yes I would imagine so.
People need to get over this complex they have that the ref is out to stiff us.

| not saying he was out to stiff us but honestly think he wouldn't have sent 3 of there players off, its the inconsistency that gets me, one min its ok to do it the next its a penalty,

We will never know will we? And you cant criticise the ref based on an assumption. All three are things I have seen players of other teams get binned for numerous times.
As it happens I have watched 3 games this week (the one I didn't see was Hudds v Catalans) and I think all three referees handled their games really well on the whole.

| masi challenge you see in most games, washbrook was nothing more than a penalty imo, watch how many times after a try is scored the knees or feet go in, you never know half the time at the play the ball whos going to get pinged, same as laying on, imo needs 2 refs

Amor vs Castleford game 1 gets sin binned for a more innocuous knee than Washbrooks today.
Douglas vs Widnes Easter Monday gets sin binned for a more innocuous crusher tackle than Houghtons today.
Dom Peyroux sin binned vs Widnes (again) magic weekend for tackle off the ball (okay so this Ones a bit of a stretch but both off the ball etc)
