I remember a similar game against wakefield last season, we needed a win after a run of losses and we played pretty poor that night but got the win. It kick started us so I am hoping the same thing happens again as we went on a good winning run after that.

It was someone calling in on the phone who said the referee was poor.Chico said exactly what Bombed out said.
The only thing i would criticise the ref for was offside at the play the ball when on several occasions both teams were in front of the ref.

The ref was taking both sides back 12 yards so someone stood in front wasn"t an issue

Griffin has been one of our best players over the last month. It'd be harsh to lose his starting place but a potential bench of him with Green, Bowden and Washbrook looks handy.

If we win the four games (easier said than done obviously) then the 3 away would pretty much be inconsequential. Difficult to see a scenario where we win those four and dont qualify, especially since three of those games are against the teams we will be battling against for 3rd and 4th.

We will have a better idea about how the season will pan out after next week. Whoever reaches the final will be at a big disadvantage for playoff spots. If we lose I fancy us to finish 2nd since Leeds will need to juggle resources. If we win I hope we dont end up with a vital fixture the week after the final.

Was baffled when we took the two late on in the game. A four point margin wasn't a game clincher, and we gave Huddersfield a 50/50 chance of regaining possession, which they duly took!

That scrappy win against Wakey was followed by a game where we were 20 nil down going into the last quarter of the game.......... come to think of it, I'd take that result next week....
