Give up now, what are you on about?
The fact I dislike Radford as a coach has a major bearing on whether I buy a pass or not.
You may buy one regardless and that's your choice but I'm probably not the only one who feels like this.
Do you not think the last 2 years have been dross then?
And of course I'd notice an improvement in our play if it were to happen we are that boring It wouldn't be hard.
Instead of being sanctimonious why not try a reasoned discussion.
My reasons for buying a pass or not maybe different to yours but doesn't make them any less valid.'"
Gentles last season was dross tho as well.
We finished sixth and a final yet year after under radford we finished 11th but scored more tries, kicked more goals made less tackles and made more breaks.
Yet lots say Gentle needed more time etc. How he was a good coach and radford is a bad 1,stats dont back that up. The argument isnt about gentle I know but not many were calling for his head like they are Radfords.
Radfords learning as well. Head coach isnt were you should learn but we're 2 yrs in so with good signings (and they really are) he could well come good himself. The make up of the players coming in should help too. Radfords correct in pointing out the mental weakness in our team. People talk about coaching structures regarding attack but to be honest ive struggled to grasp how pro players do what they have done at times. We are dumb and a coach cant make a dummy suddenly bright. I think next yr he does have his own team with the individual qualities hes been after(physical and mental) and mabye a little x factor among them which we've not much had.
So I'll be getting a pass. I'll even be pretty optimistic and if it all goes pear shaped then people will get their wish cos I dont see radford lasting long if we dont perform next yr or show the same signs of the last couple of yrs

| Difference being with gentle you could see we were making progress going in right direction. With what ive seen from radders we are going in the wrong direction.
As it stands, im not renewing my season pass after 20 years.
Blind faith and tge fact that hull fc are my religion is the only thing i can see atm that will make me Change my mind about a pass. Unless radders goes and we get a good coach

| A few months ago i watched the tonga v samoa match on premier.can't remeber the score (think there was only 4 points in it) but it was one of the most enjoyable matches I've see n in years.massive hits, great off loads and played with pure passion, pride and love of the game . While watching i was thinking i wish we had him at hull probably about every player at some point in the game.well we've gone out and signed 4 of them.frank, who was captain of winning team and the other 3 who all had massive influences on the match.anyone who's 50/50 on getting pass i would urge to try and watch that game.could well make your mind up

| I'm 3 months into my 2016 pass Direct Debit so yup, I'll be there regardless.
I do think we have improved on last season but I am also more frustrated than ever as I do believe we have the capabilities to be really good.
We lost last week through stupid choices. That's not Radders, that's the players on the pitch making those split second decisions to go the wrong way/do the wrong thing.

Only because we were so bad under Agar.
2012 was promising, 2013 was mediocre aside from a good run in April/May. We might have won at Warrington and beaten Leeds at home that year but we also lost at home to Wakefield (six home defeats in total), away to Bradford and could only draw at London.

So your anger and threats of violence gone?

Where have you got those stats from? Because according to the stats on the SL website:
Tries:
2013 - 121
2014 - 119
Goals:
2013 - 99
2014 - 88
Tackles:
2013 - 9380
2014 - 8357
Clean Breaks:
2013 - 160
2014 - 146
So 3 out of 4 say the opposite to what you just said.

Those try and goal figures for 2013 include the two play off games (presumably the same goes for the tackles and clean breaks).
In the 27 regular season games we scored 116 tries and 93 goals. We scored three more tries in 2014 but of course missed the play offs.

[iRadfords correct in pointing out the mental weakness in our team[/i - Its his job to re-create the mentality/attitude in the squad.
[iWe are dumb and a coach cant make a dummy suddenly bright[/i - Its his job, to improve the players at his disposal, not to a world class level, but to a higher standard when he took over.
[iI think next yr he does have his own team[/i - This is an excuse, other coaches have not had the luxury, of terminating existing player contracts, other coaches have had to wait until the player's contract has expired.

Whilst I don't think Radders is the right man for the job, those first two points are issues that we have suffered from long before Radford took over. Yes, as coach it is his job to to make sure they have the right mentality and attitude. Yes, it is his job to improve the players. But whatever the cause is of our mentality problems and dumb rugby it's clearly not something that's easily fixable.

| I did not get a pass this year due to work commitments they have changed slightly and with the players we are bringing in and losing I am really excited about next year I will be buying one for sure even if I have to miss some games so be it,
Wish Pearson would get Radders some help no disrespect to Lasty but I would put him back to head up our youth set up or the merged set up (disgrace but that's another thread) and bring in a really experienced number 2 or alternative bring in a director of rugby to advise him
I think the job was to early for him in my honest opinion, Sean Long would be my ideal number 2 someone who could bring attacking ideas to the structure I know he's settled at saints who else is available ? for either a number 2 role or rugby director

Posted something similar on rumours thread by mistake asking if anyone knew of any players retiring after this season who they would like to see in either a management or coaching role.i ask the question as I believe peacock going to rovers could be the best signing in this city for 2016.would of loved him doing that job at k.c. just the sort of person who could lead Adam in the right direction.
