But that would be no good if they did it and Pearson got rid of Radford and brought in a top coach and the players didn't like his style then they would do it again!! Radford needs to go but this set of players need to take a lot of the blame aswell

So when's that? Everybody else can see it staring them in the face now, surely?
What is Pearson playing at? Humble pie tastes nicer than relegation feels accompanied by the inevitable financial losses.

| Making that top 8 next year is massive. In there and you're playing the better teams, better crowds and more prize money. Recruitment will be easier as you will be more attractive to better players, renention of your best players will be easier and recruiting and retaining the best local youngsters will be easier
Out of it and you risk losing your SL place altogether and will be playing less attractive teams, you will make less money and recruitment and retention of established and young players will be more challenging.
I personally can't see why pearson is risking all of that on a rookie coach who in his first season at the club has turned an average SL side into one which seems to get worse by the week

D. Anderson is head of referees I believe.
S. Folkes is out of the sport last I remember.
P. Gentle is assistant of Parramatta Eels.
P. Sharp recently left Cronulla and is expected to go to Parramatta Eels.
W. Bennett is expected to resign with St George.

It said that the 5 "Marquee Clubs" should be considered -- Wigan, Leeds, St Helens, Warrington and Hull FC. Obviously there is still respect for the club over here.'"
You're having a Giraffe, where's the link to this article, Bratfud have a better history in Super League, Salford have more money so what do FC offer? FC was omitted from the inaugural Competition so pray tell who is this mystery man who is so in the know he speaks for the whole of SL, or could it just be someone blowing smoke up his own arris.

Need to have a clear out of players as well as the entire coaching staff. Time to get rid of the old guard, regardless of what service they have given in the past. People talk about giving Horne a coaching role, but it seems to be out of a sense of loyalty or as a reward for past service, not because they think he will be a good coach.

like you say, far too much sentiment, Horne has earned a lot of money out of FC, he has done nothing to suggest he has coaching credentials, he can't even improve his own kicking game in 10 years.

Spot on post, Longy did wonders for saints, but they didn't keep him on as coaching staff, because they felt sorry for him, it's called business not charity.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Your endless positivity regardless of how bad we are is embarrassing as is your berating of others who disagree with you.
A club our size with our fan base and financial backing should not be scrapping out for a bottom 4 finish.
We are a joke as is our coach and Pearson needs to act now.
If you're this positive because you want the best fan award you're welcome to it. Wear your pin badge with pride.
Me personally I'm well fooked off now. I'm no less of a fan then you but aren't prepared to continue putting my money blindly into this club when they simply don't deserve it.'"
Sorry for being positive but what good will having a his sy fit on here do....nothing.Radford is going nowhere so we just have to get on with it.We don't have a god given right to be anywhere in the league at all.......look at Bulls with all the success they had..would you want that...me no.....we have tried splashing the cash and hasn't worked so now trying to build from within with varying degrees of success.Radford isn't the man for the job. But AP won't get rid yet as I think he wants to see how we go next season with the halfs we have finally got.Im brasses off as much as the nxt fan and want to see the day like we had in Cardiff again..that's why I still go..just for that 1 day that makes it oh so worth it....I'm not a super fan at all. I haven't been to an away matches and I miss the Thursday matches due to work so I'm hardly the best fan but I just don't see the point in getting worked up...I'm already looking forward to 2015 as it can't be any bloody worse.

| Hull are not a top club. Never will be at the level Leeds, Wigan, Saints and Warrington are now, and as much as I hate it Salfords lottery win will put them way ahead of us too. Maybe in the past a team could be successful for a period built on a crop of youngsters or appointing a good coach but I don't think this can happen in the modern era.
The sooner this is realised and expectations are managed accordingly the better, looking at it on the surface you'd expect Hull to be a big club, a big following with the potential to be even bigger, and the grassroots structures in the area produces good players, but for whatever reasons in 15 years back in the top flight we've not really progressed much from we're we started, granted, the teams assembled between 2004-2007 played some decent stuff and obviously won the cup. Even after numerous changes at coaching/board level this is still the case, Id say competing in the SL is about our level, and we're doing that.

We are not the Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool of rugby league. We are Newcastle Utd or Spurs; a team with passionate fans and a proud history, but in the recent past, perennial under-achievers. We will only change that by recruiting the best players, appointing the best coaches (irrespective of where they come from), developing our own talent and by ridding ourselves of the corrosive culture which has permeated the club for years.

| Was told yesterday that both Hull clubs are being run into the ground, so Koukash can buy em out and MERGE em. RFL backing him and will play out of brand new stadium, hence Birds Eye.
