I don't see it like that, most of the people you (and many other posters) would describe as "moaners" are just fed up long term fans who are sick of "jam tomorrow" and promises like "6 top internationals", FC have failed their customers on the whole for too many years.
Some wear FC tinted spectacles, some have a healthy pessimism, there's room for all of us. |

Is it moaning, or abject disappointment?
As an "outsider" who started following Hull in the eighties, (can`t be accused of being a glory hunter.) I have seen enough ups and downs to see a lift operator happy. We keep living in hope at the beginning of each season ,only to see our hopes dashed and the disappointment comes out in negative vibes. How many of us who "moan" still turn up every time to watch a team we love? I admit I have a good moan sometimes, but it doesn`t mean I think any less of the club. |
