I want to believe in him, as this would mean he was doing a good job for FC. However, until we actually play some games with him in charge then its rather difficult to form an opinion. I'll just sit and wait until the action starts, then I'll have an opinion. Suffice to say I've already bought my pass so I suppose that's giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Good luck Radders, with the uber-critical crowd we have on here, you're going to need it.

Im sure some people on here would be top of the SL and CC & GF winners if they was handed the reigns from AP so people who knock radders or any future coach try getting behind them im sure its no walk in the park, but at the same time there trying to put our team where it belongs challenging for trophys & a bit of consistency.

Everyone will get behind a coach who is capable of doing the job to a good standard. Why should anyone back a coach who isn't just because he's trying hard? |

This.
Its common practice for an owner/chairman/board of a company to give its Management/Managers clear and defined goals to achieve. How the Mangement then go about is up to them as they are employed to carry out the task of achieving the goals set. They might even shock horror sit and discuss what is a realistic goal privately with the owner/chairman/board.
I will give my backing to the club, AP & Radford and at least give the new set up a chance. It may well turn out to be a great call by AP time will tell. |
