Ellis never earned an England place this year and would have been picked on past reputation only, jumped before he was pushed. |

Hull have been mostly poor this yr. You can take Westwood n ferres n hock n anyone else you want but I'm more than certain they'd have faired no better.
Wanna see the level to which Ellis is still capable then you should re watch wire n hull semi! One of the best n most intense personal battles I've seen in many a yr with Westwood! Worth the money for that alone!

Can't disagree with that but given that Ellis should therefore be a stand out performer ,which he hasn't except for the 1 game you mention. As I said he would not have or rather should not have ,been picked on his seasons performances (plural not singular) but if he had not of quit the international scene McBanana would have picked him anyway. |
