Such a shame that his retirement was brought forward due to injury, just like Craig Fitzgibbon.

O'Meley has been a great servant to the club and will be missed.

Been a very good player for us and our main forward since his arrival. Im sure that when the oppo saw the team sheet and O'Meleys name wasn't on it they thought themselves lucky. Shame his family didn't let him do just one more year as I think he had it in him and with Paea along side him our front row would of been quite fearsome.

From what I've seen and heard he's been a very positive influence in many areas and has given us some good moments on the field. Shame his body wouldn't let him go around again but I wish him well in whatever he goes on to

Nothing to do with his family. He was always retiring.

I for one will be giving the guy a standing ovation when the players bow out at the last home game. He really put his body on the line for the club and the supporters. Seeing him and Fitz in FC shirts has been a privilege.

Ditto.... Orge has been a fantastic player for us, and I will miss the big hits he made. A great pleasure watching him in the famous black and white.

Our most dangerous prop for pretty much all of the time he's been here, hope Paea measures up as his replacement.

Makes the cup final performance all the more disappointing for him IMO, might have been a fitting occasion for him to finish on, but far from a fitting manner with which to end.

Been a privilege to watch him play for Hull FC. Going to really miss him and will never forget when he ko'd Roby.
