Brian Hancock kicked three in that game.

| Our whole league is pretty poor for DG's IMO maybe Briers aside. I remember watching Benji Marshall and then Thurston both kick ones from beyond the halfway line ( one was out on the touchline) in the same match, pretty much for a laugh as it was before half time!

That was a great game, mind. Were we not like 20-0 down at half time, and then Saints got the first try after half time too?
Edit
That was a bizarre game. The second half was probably the best atmosphere I've ever experienced ath the KC.
Also, on topic, we are dire at drop goals. Last weekend was a prime example of our lack of brains, when it was level with about 12mins to go we were down at their end and in a prime position to go for a drop goal. They weren't expecting it, Miller would have had bags of time however we haven't got anyone who can think outside the box and just play the game in front of them.

| We don't drop goals because we don't have any real leadership on the pitch. The last set against wakefield was a farce

| If the situation requires a drop goal then the player who is going to be kicking it should be getting it set up from tackle 1 in the set but we always seem to decide to do it at the last possible second when the previous tackle is outwide somewhere. The Saints away game earlier in the season is a perfect example of how unprepared we are to make game changing plays.

At last somebody other than me that agrees Mr Houghton aint half as good as we make out. Easily the most overrated player in SL for me. He can tackle, but apart from that, as stated his decision making and distribution are at the very core of our frailties.

Too true. I was calling for it so vociferously on Sunday that I looked like a much younger and infinitely more attractive Stevo. You could see it wasn't on anyone's mind until the last play, by which time it was too late.

And that was only in the 2nd set of the 1st half.
