Why do people think either miller or holdsworth should be an automatic choice ahead of horne who was our best player and in great form before his injury?

DJ is the first organising half with a kicking game we've had for years. Sounds like some are having some massive knee jerk reactions and looking for a new scapegoat.

We have moaned about a lack of halfbacks forever, no kicking game etc. DJ has been great this season and Horne has seen the benefits.

He misses a few kicks and now this. I despair.

Nice post, some people haven't got a clue, think he's had a solid year, wasn't brought in as a kicker as far as I am aware, and the majority of the games we have lost has been when he ain't played. At the end of the day Pearson is doing his best to bring in some better players, and as we have seen, not all of them want to pull on our black and white jersey, who should we have signed who is better, and more importantly who would have come to our club???

Sums it up IMO. Those are his main qualities and they're valuable. He can't do what Jarrod Sammut does - and vice versa. Neither is the complete package, but as long as they have players around them to complement them, it isn't an issue.

I wish you would stop coming on our board and talking such sense. It upsets the "moaners" and "scapegoat seekers" who live on here.

The OP isn't blaming Holdsworth specifically for the loss at Cas - it's a more general comment. Neither does the OP blame DJ for missing the goalkicks - some on here haven't read the post properly.

yes he is he's blaming DJ for the break down in play and calling him ordinary. the only thing DJ was guilty of was the goal kicking, brain farts near Cas goal line, slow distribution and sloppy handling at the ptb he was not guilty of, maybe you should read the post properly.

its getting like HDM comments on here! Show some support for players. Nothing but negativity. Absolutely kicked teams to death, none so then the current champions. Hammered Cas at home with his kicks and yet has a dip in form and now getting slated. He is an out and out 6 and a top one at that.
